A Journey from Ukraine to San Francisco

Meet Mary Certified Massage Therapist & Osteopath

My name is Mary, and I’m originally from Ukraine, where my journey in the healing arts began. I graduated from medical college in Ukraine. In 2010, I completed massage therapy training in Moscow. After returning to Ukraine, I opened my first private massage practice.

Since 2014, I have been studying applied kinesiology and osteopathy. In 2021, I completed a four-year osteopathy education program. Between 2016 and 2021, I also studied psychology, which deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection. I practiced as an osteopath and kinesiologist in Lviv, Ukraine, where I had my own private clinic.

Additionally, I trained in visceral manipulation through the Barral Institute and craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute — and I continue to advance my studies with both schools.

For the past 2.5 years, I have been living in the United States. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in California, became a certified massage therapist, and now work in San Francisco, integrating clinical knowledge, osteopathic principles, and therapeutic bodywork.
