About Mary
A Journey of Care from Ukraine to San Francisco
Blending mindful touch, anatomical understanding, and compassionate presence to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

My Journey
My name is Mary, and my path has been a lifelong journey from my native Ukraine to my practice as a Certified Massage Therapist in San Francisco. My work is built on a simple goal: to support you in finding healing, balance, and embodied well-being.
I don’t just focus on symptoms. I use my deep clinical knowledge, advanced bodywork training, and an understanding of the mind-body connection to offer gentle, deep, and personalized sessions that honor your body’s unique needs.
How did my journey begin?
My foundation in the healing arts started with a degree from a medical college in Ukraine. This gave me a strong clinical understanding of the human body. In 2010, I completed my formal massage therapy training in Moscow. Soon after, I returned to Ukraine to open my first private massage practice and begin my professional work.
How did I develop my integrative approach?
I quickly learned that many clients needed more than traditional massage. This inspired me to pursue deeper knowledge.
Since 2014, I have been studying applied kinesiology and osteopathy, completing a comprehensive four-year osteopathy education program in 2021. This gave me a profound framework for understanding the body’s interconnected systems.
I also studied psychology between 2016 and 2021, which was vital for understanding the powerful mind-body connection. For years, I practiced as an osteopath and kinesiologist in Lviv, Ukraine, where I ran my own private clinic, helping clients with complex issues. What advanced specializations do I use?
My search for the most effective techniques led me to two of the world’s most respected institutions. I continue to advance my studies with both schools to this day
Visceral Manipulation (The Barral Institute)
My search for the most effective techniques led me to two of the world’s most respected institutions. I continue to advance my studies with both schools to this day
Craniosacral Therapy (The Upledger Institute)
I also trained in Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. This is a subtle, non-invasive technique that helps release deep tensions in the body to relieve pain, ease dysfunction, and improve whole-body health.

What are my qualifications in San Francisco?
For the past 2.5 years, I have been proud to call the United States my home. To formalize my qualifications here, I graduated from the National Holistic Institute (NHI) in California.
I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and now work in San Francisco, where I integrate all of my skills—my European clinical background, osteopathic principles, and specialized therapeutic bodywork—into every session.

Continuous Learning
I’m continuously expanding my knowledge in massage, craniosacral, and visceral therapy to refine my touch and understanding of the body. Each course and training deepens my awareness and helps me offer more intuitive, effective, and holistic care.

Everything you need to know before booking
What kind of bodywork do you practice?
My work integrates therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, and visceral techniques. I combine a scientific understanding of anatomy with a holistic, intuitive approach to help the body reconnect, self-regulate, and heal from within.

How often should I book sessions?
This depends on your individual needs and goals. For acute issues or injury recovery, weekly sessions may be beneficial initially. For maintenance and wellness, bi-weekly or monthly sessions work well. During your first visit, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your needs and schedule.
